MagicBot Gen1
Full-size 1.74 m, 42-DOF industrial humanoid already deployed on real factory production lines for inspection and material handling.
Overview
The MagicBot Gen1 is MagicLab's full-size general-purpose industrial humanoid: 1.74 m tall, about 70 kg, with 42 active degrees of freedom and hands offering 11 DOF each. It runs 3–5 hours on a 25 Ah (1.35 kWh) battery, moves at ≥4 km/h, and is driven by joints producing ≥350 N·m, an 8-core CPU and a 100 TOPS AI processor running MagicLab's Magic-Mind model. It has been deployed on real electronics-factory production lines since December 2024, performing inspection, material handling, pick-and-place and barcode scanning, including collaborative multi-robot handoffs.
